Quality of the Village Fund Service in Nongharn Sub-district, Sansai District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

This survey study aimed to explore quality of the village fund service in Nongharn municipality, Sansai district, Chiang Mai province. A set of questionnaires was used for data collection administered with 400 members of the village fund in Nongharn municipality. Obtained data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Independent sample t-test and One-Way analysis were employee to explain relationships of independent variables and dependent variables.

Findings showed that most of the respondents were female, 31-40 years old, married, traders, and their educational attainment was higher than bachelor’s degree. They were members of the village fund for 4-5 years and contacted the village fund for every two weeks. For the hypothesis testing, it was found that there was the difference in status and time span of being the village fund member. The difference in sex, age, monthly income, educational attainment, occupation, and frequency of service using had no difference in quality of service of the village fund with a statistical significance level at 0.05

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง คุณภาพด้านการบริการกองทุนหมู่บ้านในเขตตำบลหนองหารจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพด้านการบริการกองทุนหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลหนองหาร จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เก็บข้อมูลโดยให้กลุ่มตอบแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ที่สร้างขึ้นมาจากการทบทวนเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ในเทศบาลตำบลหนองหาร จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 400 คน โดยข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามผู้วิจัยมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมคำนวณทางสถิติ โดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เพื่อจำแนกข้อมูลปัจจัยที่นำมาศึกษา จากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ทดสอบสมมติฐานระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระและตัวแปรตามด้วยสถิติ Independent Samples t-test , One-way Analysis เพื่อวิเคราะห์และอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรอิสระที่มีต่อตัวแปรตาม

ผลการวิจัย พบว่าสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านส่วนใหญ่มีเพศหญิง อายุในช่วง 31-40 ปี สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือนในช่วง 15,000 บาทขึ้นไป ระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี อาชีพค้าขาย ระยะเวลาในการเป็นสมาชิก 4-5 ปี จำนวนครั้งที่ใช้บริการ 2 สัปดาห์ต่อครั้ง

ผลการวิจัยสมมติฐาน พบว่า สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่มีสถานภาพ และระยะในการเป็นสมาชิกที่แตกต่างกันมีปัจจัยคุณภาพด้านการบริการของกองทุนหมู่บ้านแตกต่างกัน ส่วนสมาชิกกองทุนหมูบ้านที่มีเพศ อายุ รายได้ต่อเดือน ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และจำนวนครั้งที่เข้าใช้บริการที่แตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยคุณภาพด้านการบริการของกองทุนหมู่บ้านไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
