THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF GOVERNMENT WELFARE CARD HOLDER IN PHICHIT PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this study of state welfare cardholders’ quality of life in Phichit Province were: 1) to measure the level quality of life of state welfare cardholders in Phichit Province. 2) to analyze the factor, affect state welfare cardholders’ quality of life in Phichit Province. The questionnaire from state welfare cardholders used for data analysis. The data consists of general information and The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL – BREF – THAI) of 400 state welfare cardholders in Phichit Province. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the ordered logit model and the analyzing of the marginal effect of variable that affected to the quality of life.

The findings indicated that overall, the state welfare cardholders had a good level of life quality. In addition, the elements had physical, mental, and social relations at a good level. Meanwhile, environmental elements were at a moderate level.

Factors affecting the quality of life include age, income, Furthermore, awareness about the state welfare program news. There was also a level of decrease in trouble from the money received. The sufficiency for the number of stores, including the participation in the development of potential affected the quality of life too.

การศึกษาเรื่องคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐในจังหวัดพิจิตร มีวัตถุประสงค์ดัง 1) เพื่อวัดระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐในจังหวัดพิจิตร 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐในจังหวัดพิจิตร โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากประชาชนผู้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐในจังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 400 คน ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสอบถามเครื่องชี้วัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์กรอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ (WHOQOL - BREF THAI) วิเคราะห์โดยใช้ข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนา โดยใช้แบบจำลองโลจิทแบบลำดับในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการหาผลกระทบส่วนเพิ่มของตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิต ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยองค์ประกอบด้านสุขภาพกาย องค์ประกอบด้านจิตใจ และองค์ประกอบด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนองค์ประกอบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิตได้แก่ อายุ รายได้ การรับรู้ข่าวสารของโครงการสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ ระดับการบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนจากเงินที่ได้รับ ความเพียงพอต่อปริมาณร้านค้า และการเข้าร่วมการพัฒนาศักยภาพ
