THE PERFORMANCE FACTORS EFFECTIVE TO TEACHERIN GUIZHOU VOCATIONAL COLLEGE OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, GUIZHOU, CHINA

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) study the current situation of teaching quality in the Accounting Department of Guizhou Vocational College of Industry and Commerce; 2) study the most important factors affecting teaching performance, and 3) study how to improve teaching quality. Educational evaluation theory and performance management theory are mainly adopted. This study uses the quantitative research method to investigate the teaching quality of the School of Digital Science and Economics in Guizhou Vocational College of Industry and Commerce, and the data came from the relevant research of scholars such as government websites. The main data are derived from the questionnaire survey results. The data of 315 sample size are described and analyzed, and then the mean, mode and median are used to determine the main factors affecting the teaching quality, and finally, the method to improve the teaching quality is judged.

The results revealed that: 52.07% of respondents believe that the current teaching content is very suitable for your own development, and 47.93% believe that improvement is needed, indicating that the current situation still needs to be improved. The teaching quality of Guizhou Industry and Commerce Vocational College has always been the most relevant problem. Through the data analysis, the suggestion to the school is to strengthen the interactive platform between teachers and strengthen the professional development training for teachers.

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของคุณภาพการสอนในแผนกบัญชีของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมและพาณิชย์กุ้ยโจว 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุดที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการสอน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการสอน โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้ทฤษฎีการประเมินการศึกษาและทฤษฎีการจัดการประสิทธิภาพ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพการสอนของโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ดิจิทัลและเศรษฐศาสตร์ในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมและพาณิชย์กุ้ยโจว และข้อมูลมาจากการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของนักวิชาการ เช่น เว็บไซต์ของรัฐบาล ข้อมูลหลักได้มาจากผลการสำรวจแบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลขนาดตัวอย่าง 315 ตัวอย่างได้รับการอธิบายและวิเคราะห์ จากนั้นจึงใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ากลาง และค่ามัธยฐานเพื่อกำหนดปัจจัยหลักที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพการสอน และสุดท้ายคือวิธีการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการสอน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามร้อยละ 52.07 เชื่อว่าเนื้อหาการสอนในปัจจุบันมีความเหมาะสมต่อการพัฒนาตนเองมาก และร้อยละ 47.93 เชื่อว่าต้องปรับปรุง ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันยังต้องปรับปรุงคุณภาพการสอนของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมและพาณิชย์กุ้ยโจวเป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญที่สุดมาโดยตลอด จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ข้อเสนอแนะต่อวิทยาลัย คือการเสริมสร้างแพลตฟอร์มแบบโต้ตอบระหว่างครู และเสริมสร้างการฝึกอบรมพัฒนาวิชาชีพสำหรับครู
