THE IMPROVEMENT OF FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS MANAGEMENTIN XINYUE COMMUNITY, SHANDONG, CHINA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to achieve the following three objectives: 1) To analyze the fire safety awareness of Xinyue community managers. 2) To study the factors that affect the fire safety awareness of Xinyue community managers. 3) To improve the fire safety awareness and fire safety level of Xinyue community managers.

This study adopts a quantitative research design and mainly collects data by sending electronic questionnaires to residents of Xinyue District. Data analysis methods include a sample group of descriptive statistical analysis.

The results are as follows: 1) Xinyue community residents generally believe that there are shortcomings in the current training situation, especially in the practicability and coverage of training content and the standardization of management system. It is suggested that priority should be given to strengthening the systematic and targeted knowledge education, and improving the training and management mechanism to better meet the needs of residents. 2) The main factors affecting the training status of Xinyue community include training, management system and residents' participation. The study found that although the community has a certain foundation in some aspects (such as the availability of training resources), there is still a lot of room for improvement in improving the efficiency of the management system and optimizing the training process and 3) The survey also shows that there are significant differences between the expectations and actual feelings of different residents on the training status quo, which reflects the diversified demands of residents on the content, form and management of training. In order to solve these differences and improve the overall training quality, it is suggested that Xinyue community strengthen residents' knowledge education and professional training, optimize the management system, and further encourage residents' feedback and participation. These improvement measures will help to enhance the training effect, improve the satisfaction of residents, and thus promote the overall optimization of community management.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์สามประการต่อไปนี้ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความตระหนักรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยจากอัคคีภัยของผู้จัดการชุมชนซินเยว่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตระหนักรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยจากอัคคีภัยของผู้จัดการชุมชนชุมชนซินเยว่ 3) เพื่อปรับปรุงความตระหนักรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยจากอัคคีภัยและระดับความปลอดภัยจากอัคคีภัยของผู้จัดการชุมชนชุมชนซินเยว่

การศึกษานี้ใช้การออกแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นหลักโดยการส่งแบบสอบถามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไปยังผู้อยู่อาศัยในชุมชนชุมชนซินเยว่ วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรวมถึงกลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
