การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของยาฆ่าแมลงในการควบคุมยุงและแมลงวันบ้านในคอกสุกร

Abstract

การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของยาฆ่าแมลงในการควบคุมยุงและแมลงวันบ้าน ใช้แม่สุกร จํานวน 21 ตัว วางแผนการทดลองแบบ Completely Randomized Design ที่มี 3 ซ้ำชนิดของยาฆ่าแมลงที่ศึกษา คือ Baygon, Sevin, Malathion, Ditaphos, Cooper และ Cislin โดยใช้น้ำพ่นสุกรเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมประสิทธิภาพของยาฆ่าแมลง ศึกษาในวันแรก, วันที่ 3, 5, 7 และ 15 หลังฉีดพ่น การวัดผลปริมาณยุงทําโดยนับจํานวนตุ่มยุงบนตัวสุกรในแต่ละวัน และปริมาณแมลงวันบ้านวัดผลจากการใช้กาวดักบนแผ่นกระดาษแข็ง ผลการทดลอง พบว่า Malatihon, Ditaphos, Coopex และ Cislin มีผลในการป้องกับยุงภายในวันแรกหลังฉีดพ่น (P < 0.05) ทางด้านความคงอยู่ของฤทธิ์ยาพบว่า Malation มีผลป้องกันสูงได้นาน 7 เป็น และ Ditaphos ป้องกันได้นาน 15 วัน ผลการทดลองทางด้านการป้องกันแมลงวันบ้าน พบว่าการพ่นยาฆ่าแมลงทุกชนิดไม่มีผลในการป้องกันแมลงบ้าน แต่ Baygon มีแนวโน้มที่จะให้ผลดีที่สุด จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่าปริมาณแมลงวันที่ดักจับได้มีความแปรปรวนมาก และในวันที่มีความชื้นสูงและอากาศร้อนอบอ้าวจะมีปริมาณแมลงวันบ้านมากกว่าวันอื่น ความแปรปรวนนี้มีผลทําให้ปริมาณแมลงวันบ้านในกลุ่มที่พ่นยาฆ่าแมลง และ กลุ่มควบคุมไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ The efficiency of insecticides on mosquito and fly control was conducted in twenty one sows. They were assigned in to seven groups by Completely Rondomized Design. The insecticides used were Baygon, Sevin, Malathion, Ditaphos, Coopex, Cislin and water as a control treatment. The effect of insecticides were observed in the first, third, fifth, seventh and fifteenth days after spraying. Numbers of mosquito were detected by daily blisters counted in the areas and numbers of fly by daily sticky traps counted. The results have shown that Malation, Ditaphos, Coopex and Cislin could decrease number of mosquito in the first day (P < 0.05) The effect of Malathion sprayed was long lasted to seventh day after spraying and fifteenth day effect was detected by Ditaphos sprayed. All the insecticide has non significant effect on numbers of fly trapped but Baygon tended to be the most effective. Data from numbers of fly trapped, in this experiment, varied in wide range. In the hot high humidity days, the numbers were markedly increased. Non signicance differences beytween the effect of insecticides and control treatment were affected by these variations.
