GUIDELINES FOR AGRICULTURAL ECO-TOURISMACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT IN BANGPID SUBDISTRICT, LAEM NGOP DISTRICT, TART PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this qualitative study were to investigate: 1) a guideline for the management of eco-tourism activities in the form of one stop service in Bangpid sub-district, Laem Ngop district, Trat province and 2) problems encountered in the management of eco-tourism activities. In-depth interview and focus group discussions were used for data collection conducted with 3 sample groups (19 persons) and observation was also done. Obtained qualitative data were analyzed in terms of content analysis then it was concluded for presentation. Results of the study were as follows:

Regarding tourism resources in Bangpid sub-district, it was found that it included Ao Tan bay which was close to the management forest and the Sufficiency Agricultural Learning Center which had a high level of potential in attraction. For the management and provision of experience to tourists, it was found that activity holding on agricultural way of life learning and fisherman way of life of each village had uniqueness. For the operation, it put the importance on the conservation of traditional way of life culture and knowledge dissemination to tourists. Based on tourism potential, it was found that community participation was found at a low level. The distinct points were abundant natural resources and agricultural products which could impress tourists. The research suggested the community on an appropriate guideline by using the PDCA. Also, the researcher laid a tourism program for the community for development and utilization agricultural resources to have a one stop service process.

การวิจัยเรื่องแนวทางการจัดการกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเกษตรเชิงอนุรักษ์แบบครบวงจร ตำบลบางปิด อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์แบบครบวงจร ตำบลบางปิด อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเกษตรเชิงอนุรักษ์แบบครบวงจร ตำบลบางปิด อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสัมภาษณ์แบบสนทนากลุ่ม จากการสังเกตพื้นที่จากคนในชุมชนตำบลบางปิด โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่ม จำนวน 19 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา รวบรวมประเด็นข้อมูลที่ค้นพบ วิเคราะห์สรุปผลตอบขอบเขตของเนื้อหา หาข้อสรุปและนำเสนอในรูปแบบการบรรยาย ผลการศึกษาสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้

ศักยภาพด้านทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว พบว่า ตำบลบางปิด มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว คือ อ่าวตาลคู่ ป่าชายเลน และศูนย์เรียนรู้เกษตรพอเพียงเพื่อพึ่งพาตนเองที่มีศักยภาพดึงดูดใจสูง ส่วนด้านการบริการและการให้ประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณภาพแก่นักท่องเที่ยว พบว่า มีการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตเกษตร วิถีชาวประมงแต่ละหมู่บ้านมีเอกลักษณ์ ซึ่งการดำเนินงานคำนึงถึง คือ การอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมวิถีชีวิตแบบดั้งเดิมและมีการเผยแพร่ความรู้ให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว ในส่วนของศักยภาพทางการท่องเที่ยวพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนอยู่ในระดับที่ต่ำ แต่มีจุดเด่นในเรื่องทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ และด้านการเกษตร ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร ซึ่งเป็นแรงดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวให้เกิดความประทับใจ โดยปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นที่เด่นชัด คือ ขาดแคลนงบประมาณ เงินลงทุนในการดำเนินงาน และด้านการตลาดที่ยังไม่แข็งแรง

สรุปและเสนอแนะแนวทาง โดยผู้วิจัยแนะนำให้กับชุมชน เรื่องแนวทางที่เหมาะสมโดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการวงล้อ (PDCA) และวางโปรแกรมสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวให้กับชุมชนในการไปปรับใช้ให้เกิดการพัฒนา รวมถึงการใช้ทรัพยากรทางการเกษตรให้เกิดกระบวนการแบบครบวงจร
